अयोध्या केस में सुप्रीम कोर्ट का अहम फैसला, जानिए फैसले पर किसने क्या कहा...

अब तीन जजों की पीठ टाइटल सूट के तहत जमीन विवाद के तौर पर सुनवाई करेगी। चीफ जस्टिस दीपक मिश्रा की अगुवाई में जस्टिस अशोक भूषण और जस्टिस अब्दुल नजीर की बेंच ने फैसला सुनाया। 

सुप्रीम कोर्ट अयोध्या जमीन विवाद पर 29 अक्टूबर से सुनवाई शुरू करेगा। कोर्ट के इस फैसले पर मिली-जुली प्रतिक्रियाएं आई हैं। राष्ट्रीय स्वंय सेवक संघ ने फैसले का स्वागत किया है।

इस फैसले पर एआईएमआईएम के नेता असद्दुदीन ओवैसी ने कहा है कि बेहतर होता अगर यह मामला संवैधानिक पीठ को ट्रांसफर किया जाता है। इस फैसले को धर्मनिरपेक्षता के दुश्मन अपने विचाराधारात्मक उद्देश्यों के लिए इस्तेमाल करेंगे।

बता दें कि इस्माइल फारूकी के मस्जिद में नमाज इस्लाम का अभिन्न हिस्सा नहीं है, वाले फैसले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई थी जिसपर आई रिव्यू पीटिशन को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ी बेंच को भेजने से इनकार कर दिया। तीन जजों की बेंच ने ये फैसला किया। हालांकि एक जज न्यायाधीश एस अब्दुल नजीर इसके पक्ष में नहीं थे। ऐसे में यह फैसला बहुमत के आधार पर हुआ। इस पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए मुस्लिम पक्ष के वकील राजीव धवन ने कहा है कि "मेजॉरिटी जजमेंट मेजॉरिटी को खुश करेगा और माइनॉरिटी जजमेंट माइनॉरिटी को खुश करेगा"

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा है कि अयोध्या में विवादित जमीन पर जल्द से जल्द फैसला देश के हित में है।
