इंफोसिस के पूर्व अधिकारी टीवी मोहनदास पई ने डोरसी पर ब्राह्मणों के खिलाफ घृणा फैलाने और नफरत को संस्थागत स्वरूप देने का आरोप लगाया है।
ट्विटर के सीईओ जैक डोरसी की भारत में एक तस्वीर से सोशल मीडिया पर हंगामा खड़ा हो गया है। ट्विटर प्लेटफार्म का इस्तेमाल करने वाले लोगों में इसे लेकर काफी नाराजगी है। डोरसी इस तस्वीर में एक पोस्टर लेकर खड़े हैं जिसपर लिखा है ‘स्मैश ब्राह्मिकल पैट्रिआर्की’ यानी ब्राह्मणवादी पितृसत्ता वर्चस्व को तोड़ो।
यह फोटो एक पत्रकार ने ट्वीट की है। इसमें लिखा है, ‘ट्विटर के सीईओ जैक की भारत यात्रा के दौरान उन्होंने और ट्विटर के विधि प्रमुख विजय ने कुछ महिला पत्रकारों, कार्यकर्ताओं, लेखकों के साथ गोलमेज में हिस्सा लिया है।

इस ट्वीट के बाद काफी लोग नाराज हैं। इंफोसिस के पूर्व मुख्य वित्त अधिकारी टी वी मोहनदास पई ने डोरसी पर ब्राह्मणों के खिलाफ घृणा फैलाने और नफरत को संस्थागत स्वरूप देने का आरोप लगाया है।
पई ने ट्वीट कर कहा, ‘मैं एक भारतीय की तरह ट्विटर के सीईओ जैक डोरसी की ब्राह्मणवादी पितृसत्ता वर्चस्व को तोड़ो वाली तख्ती से निराश हूं। क्या राठौर (सूचना प्रसारण मंत्री राज्यवर्द्धन) भारतीय समुदाय के खिलाफ इस तरह घृणा फैलाने के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई करेंगे।’ उन्होंने इस ट्वीट में प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय और विधि मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद को भी इसमें संबोधित किया।

ट्विटर ने अपनी ओर से कहा है कि बंद दरवाजे मे हुई इस बैठक का मकसद उनके ट्विटर के इस्तेमाल के अनुभव को समझना था। ट्विटर ने कहा कि एक दलित महिला कार्यकर्ता ने अपना निजी अनुभव साझा करते हुए जैक को यह पोस्टर उपहार में दिया थ। ट्विटर ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यह न तो कंपनी और ना ही उसके सीईओ का बयान है।
