मुंबई स्पेशल कोर्ट ने ट्रांसजेंडर को दी सजा-ए-मौत, "नेग" खातिर 3 माह की बच्ची की रेप के बाद हत्या में फैसला

मुंबई की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने तीन महीने की बच्ची के साथ बलात्कार करने और उसके बाद उसकी हत्या करने के जुर्म में 28 वर्ष के ट्रांसजेंडर कन्हैय्या उर्फ कन्नू दत्ता चौगुले को सजा ए मौत की सजा सुनाई है। कोर्ट ने यह आदेश 27 फरवरी को दी गई इस कठोर सजा के पीछे सबसे बड़ी वजह "नेग" विवाद का सामने आया है।
